Oil Body Ritual with Aso Lava Stone
HAND SENSE
A body treatment composed around how your body feels that day.
During a consultation we listen to your wishes and your body’s condition, adjusting the areas, pressure and rhythm of the treatment.
Warm Aso volcanic stones are placed gently on the body, letting the tension go and a sense of ease spread through you.

Oil Body Ritual with Oguni Cedar
CEDAR TRACE
A body treatment that traces the feel of wood across the body.
Sticks of Oguni cedar, grown in the forests of Oguni in Aso, are drawn along the body in combination with hand treatment.
The suppleness, roundness and weight of the wood layered with the softness of hands, easing stiffness until the body feels loose and free.

Reservations
・The spa is by reservation only. Once you know your preferred date and time, we recommend booking early.
・Guests who book at least three days before their treatment receive an advance-booking discount of 5% off.
* Cannot be combined with other service plans or campaigns.
・Some menus are not available in certain room types.
・Please notify us of changes or cancellations by 18:00 the day before.
Cancellations after 18:00 the day before incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment price.
・Treatments are for female guests aged 16 and over.
・Male guests may receive treatments only when booked in the same room as a female guest.
・If you are pregnant, under medical care or on medication, or have a pre-existing condition or concerns about your health,
please check here in advance so that you can receive your treatment safely.
For a Comfortable Experience
・Pregnant guests may receive facial menus only during the stable period (months 5–8) and with their doctor’s approval for treatment.
・If you are under medical care or on medication and your doctor has advised you to avoid oil treatments, please refrain from treatment.
・If you have a condition such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, varicose veins, a malignant tumor or allergies, please consult your doctor in advance before deciding whether to receive treatment.
・If you have symptoms of an infectious or contagious disease such as influenza, COVID-19 or norovirus, please refrain from treatment.
・If you have an injury such as a fracture, a skin infection (athlete’s foot, viral warts, etc.) or have undergone cosmetic surgery, please let us know in advance. Depending on your condition or recovery, we may be able to offer treatment that avoids the affected area.
・Guests with a fever of 37.0°C or higher on the day will be asked to refrain from treatment.
ON THE DAY
・The times shown are treatment times.
・Please allow an additional 30 minutes or so for preparation, changing and consultation.
・The therapist will come to your room at your reserved time.
・While you change and fill in the consultation sheet, we prepare the treatment bed, towels and so on.
・Depending on your reservation time, the treatment bed may be set up before check-in.
・The washroom in your room may be used where necessary for the treatment.
・Please be in your room at your reserved time. If you are absent, we may enter the room to prepare for the treatment.
・If the start is delayed, we may not be able to provide the full reserved treatment time.
・We recommend refraining from using the television or mobile phone during your treatment.
